Aero is a pet-friendly community

At Aero, we know that your dog or cat isn’t just a pet, they're family. We would love to have your pet join us at our community. We allow a max of 2 pets (not including fish) per apartment and allow dogs, cats, and fish. We allow all non-aggressive dog breeds that are sixty (60) pounds or smaller, and fish tanks must be 30 gallons or less.

Now there’s a place for both you and your furry friend, and you can all reap the benefits of apartment living, featuring:

Spacious floor plans, so you’ll never lack the room to fit your pet bed or crate.
Outdoor green space, so there’s lots of opportunity for outdoor exercise - in addition to quick access to close by trails and parks.

Remember that while Aero is glad to be able to provide a home for pet-owners in Wichita, we expect all residents with pets to be respectful of their neighbors and clean up after their pets and abide by any and all community rules.

For pet-owning residents, there will be a $250.00 pet fee deposit, in addition to a $25.00 monthly pet fee. Please call 316-247-9082 for additional details.
