Yes, we would love your furry friend to come live with us! We allow dogs and cats with a max of two pets per apartment. Weight and breed restrictions apply to dogs—contact our leasing office for full details.

Lease Terms

Our lease terms are designed to be flexible and student-friendly, making it easy to find the option that works best for your schedule and lifestyle.

Length: 1-3 Semesters 

Security Deposit: $175 

Guarantor: Required only if income requirements are not met or the applicant does not have a Social Security Number. 

Insurance: Renter’s insurance required with $100k personal liability coverage. We offer an in-house program for $12/month. 

Utilities: Internet, water/sewer, and trash included. Electricity billed individually by usage.
